Our Board of Directors

Our Donation Process

Our Board of Directors is responsible for deciding where our funds are donated. We follow a careful and transparent process to ensure that our donations have the greatest possible impact:

  1. Assessment: Our Board of Directors takes an active role in assessing community needs and identifying organizations that align with our mission and values. In addition to their own research, our board values the insights and recommendations of our employees, who often have direct connections to the communities we serve. We encourage our employees to suggest potential recipient organizations, and we carefully consider their recommendations as part of our assessment process. This inclusive approach ensures that we have a diverse and well-informed perspective when deciding where to allocate our funds.

  2. Evaluation: Our Board of Directors reviews potential recipient organizations, considering their track record, impact, and alignment with our goals.

  3. Decision: Our Board of Directors makes informed decisions on where to allocate funds. We strive to support organizations that can make a significant and lasting impact on the communities they serve.

  4. Follow-up: We monitor the progress and outcomes of our donations, working closely with recipient organizations to assess their impact and ensure our support is making a difference.
