Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of roughly 100-150 units. This position will fill both the property management role while also overseeing contractors/maintenance crews. This is a job with a quickly growing company and lots of room for growth. The initial job duties will include the following:

  • Complete oversight/management of rentals

  • Overseeing eviction process

  • Working with Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

  • Managing maintenance requests

  • Coordinating entire move-in process

  • General oversight of property maintenance

  • Occasional project management

  • Property Management experience is highly preferred.

  • Key Attributes for this position include:

  • Experience with AppFolio or similar software is preferred

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation, as you will travel between properties

  • Detail-oriented

  • Technologically fluent

  • Able to handle fast-paced environment

  • Able to handle/de-escalate high-pressure situations

Associate Broker

Are you a broker looking for an opportunity to join a fast-growing realty company? We are looking for an associate broker who wants to train and grow a team of real estate agents. You’ll be responsible for your own team: overseeing operations, training new agents, and meeting/exceeding your team goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials for new real estate agents as well as provide training to ensure agents are fully equipped and prepared

  • Develop agent retention program to ensure we retain our top agents

  • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales

  • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

  • Develop strategies to grow your realty team


Qualifications:

  • Management and leadership skills to guide and train new/existing agents is a must

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national real-estate laws

  • Must have a broker's license or be in the process of obtaining it

  • Real-estate license required
